At Klatch Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and resolution for coffee quality concerns.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Receive Authorization

Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping back hardware or merchandise.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
