How soon will my coffee ship after I place an order?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press.

What is your return policy on coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

How should I store my Klatch Coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile of the beans.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our award-winning coffee globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled roast date.
